Exfoliative Chelitis is: there is a specified areas on and in the lips that have a peeling cycle, mostly on bottom lip and a triangle on the upper lip, once they're peeled the same specified area is ready to start the next cycle. To be more specific: it's not areas on the lips, it is actually a volumes in the lips, anyone looks deep in lips will know it may be I can see it well because I have thick lips, I have tried tons of ointments nothing worked with it, then I realized that it needs something to be injected deep inside the lips to do the work. Sadly, doctors are Disobliging. They never listen to my suggestions, they just: " no, take this ointment, and pay your visit charge, and wish to see you again and again!".

Conclusion:

1) Do you confirm that you had the condition that is mentioned above?

2) Is it safe to apply a foot cream on your lips?
