Eye floaters please help

I am having problems with eye floaters. Their not harming my vision much, its just whenever im outside i see them clearly and it seems to be getting worst and also very annoying.

Im starting to use virgin coconut oil as an eyedrop first time just now. I think it may work but does anyone else have any remidies that are effective for eyefloaters.

The eye floaters are dots and specs that look black (shady looking) and worm shapes, but their not moving and only look like bits n pieces of worms.
