I am going through similar process with myself and kids. I've taken meds for very long time but cannot cure myself. My son denies itching for a few months now. I did a week of albenza (2x/day)with ivermectin(empty stomach, once/day) for him at the same time. I did that a few times with a week off in between. Then, when he complained of itching the last time I did ivermectin for a week.. I just try different things for myself and I wear tight pants, use a different toilet, shower am and pm and clean frequently so that I can keep my kids safe from these as much as I can.
