Fasting newbie! Could use some help :)


Hello!

I'm new to this forum and water fasting/ dry fasting in general so bear with me if anything I write doesn't make any sense! I'm still learning here :)

Anyways, today is my second day of water fasting, although yesterday I broke down and ate a huge piece of Watermelon before I went to bed because the hunger cravings were unbearable for me (So I'm not sure if I should count yesterday as my first day or count today as being my first day?). I don't get hunger pains or cravings until when I'm laying in bed at night and I start to think about food and stuff, so maybe it's just me and I need to get over it lol.

The purpose for me doing this Water Fast is firstly for spiritual reasons and secondly for health reasons. I've had a skin disorder for the past 7 years that's utterly ruined my life and I feel like the only way I'd be able to Cure it is with a 20 day Water Fast so that's what I'm going for. I also have really bad dandruff and dry skin and I know these are all symptoms of the toxicity in my body.

I'm a 21 years old female, 5'10 about 160 pounds so I'm also very thin.

Are there any tips that you guys can offer me and what's the best way to break this fast?

Also do you think 20 days is enough to cure skin ailments? I might add that I've never taken or used Antibiotics , I've had a gre really okay diet my whole life, not the healthiest but not the junkiest so I'm guessing my toxicity levels aren't that high and my body doesn't have to do much cleansing?

Also any testimonials for someone who has a skin condition cured or made better by fasting?
