I've never askd drs to test me for that. According to everyone they act all twilight zonish about it. Its a main reason for health issues but ppl say they just act like they're crazy, so... n can't afford a naturopath. Colon irrigation specialists seem to know they exist, but I've heard its dangerouss as they use many gallons of water.
