I am now using Palm Kernel Oil... 1.6% omega 6, coconut 1.8. no cholesterol.Major reason: cost $1.14 per pound here in Chitre Panama. Coconut oil here is about $1 per ounce... I uploaded a picture of palm fruit, I don't know this picture came from.
