Hello. I need advice to help release/detox/lose weight healthfully. I just bought a Rebounder trampoline which is wonderful and i do vinyasa yoga and walk at least an hour every day when i can.. it's getting darker outside now by the time i get home from work so that's why i bought a rebounder They are so fun!.. Anyway, i live a holistic, organic plant based food lifestyle but have troublesome weight that is really stubborn for some reason!
Any advice, recipes, protocols of detoxing is much appreciated.
