Re: MUST READ!! The "CURE" for Seborrheic Dermatitis

I'm sorry you want to take a negative stance and chop down a post that can help many people with Seborrheic Dermatitis and can absolutely cure the condition. This post is certainly not just "symptom control" and I will explain why...

The Sea Salt regiment is highly effective at treating and healing Seborrheic Dermatitis flare ups very quickly. It not only cleans and heals the skin, but ensures that the skin is no longer being stripped by harsh cleansers and soaps that will compromise the skin's protective barrier. Moreover, that there are no common irritants being used that will further aggravate skin which already has a compromised protective barrier. That said, the Sea Salt regiment also acts similarly to an elimination diet. It removes common irritants that may actually be causing Seborrheic Dermatitis for many people. If for example someone has a sensitivity to SLS in shampoos, removing or discontinuing the use of the shampoo can ultimately cure the condition for them. Not only can it eliminate an external seb derm cause, but it also provides an efficient way to identify the external stimulus that was causing their seborrheic dermatitis if they decide to slowly add back products. So the Sea Salt regiment is absolutely a cure for MANY people, maybe just not you. Seborrheic dermatitis is a reaction, and that reaction differs for different people. If you comprehended anything in this article it should be that there is no magic pill you are looking for. But you can at least have an efficient process to identify the cause, and cure yourself of the condition internally, externally, or a combination of the two.

The sea salt regiment will cure the condition for those who happen to have seborrheic dermatitis reactions to external causes such as, chlorine in their tap water, soaps and cleansers, ingredients in moisturizers, etc. If there is something wrong internally, the sea salt regiment allows the person to heal their skin and strengthen the skin's protective barrier. In the meantime, eliminate their symptoms.

The bottom line, is that I have cured my own seborrheic dermatitis internally (more than once) and externally, and watched countless others do the same. I get your frustration trying to cure your seborrheic dermatitis, but your comment that this is "basically just symptom control" is factually just wrong.

I spoke with someone the other day that had very hard water with a high chlorine content in their home. They were also using strong soaps and cleansers and oil based moisturizers on their skin. The problem: The chlorinated water they were bathing in was stripping their skin and damaging their skin's protective barrier. The soaps further stripped and damaged their skin's protective barrier and added a layer of residue on their skin as the soaps would bind with the mineral deposits in their hard water...causing further damage and irritation. The damaged and inflamed skin provided the perfect setting for yeast to cause even further inflammation, and ingredients in their oil based moisturizer not only further irritated the already damaged skin, but provided additional food for that yeast to overgrow and spread. This person got a home soft water filtration system, stopped using those products, healed their skin and protective barrier, and cured they seborrheic dermatitis. Their seborrheic dermatitis was 100% external and is now a thing of the past (cured). So I ask you...is that just "symptom control" for them?

If someone does have an internal cause or underlying medical condition, there are steps you can take to efficiently identify that cause. I cannot post all of that info here, so feel free to visit my website (in my profile) if you would like to do so.

Thanks
