Could be a herx! How quickly are you having effects?

I've been taking regular GNC super enzymes lately and they seem to cause a dieoff pretty quickly. Id take them in the AM and find tongue coating and headache in the evening.

Also, I didn't know you could get pancreatic enzymes OTC. Where are you getting these so I can get ahold of some?
