Today was incredibly difficult though with the days getting shorter. I get up very late, and haven't tanned in 2 days. It makes me prone to depression. Supplementing vitamin D just isn't the same. I couldn't believe how tired I was at the gym. Like...CFS tired. I forgot to add Himalayan salt to my first meals, and because they are naturally extremely low in sodium, this may have been the reason why. Afterwards I made sure to have some, and I definitely have more energy. Poor adrenals. It's like if I forget to do just one thing, my body cries for help.
I will take your advice try the charcoal tonight before bed. Three nights ago I tried psyllium and bentonite, and my movements were not pretty. I hope the charcoal can bind everything together.
