In the last month Ive attempted to fast 3 times. The longest that Ive been able to fast has been 4 days. Ive been trying to attempt a 21-25 day fast but I can never seem to get past the 4 day mark :/ Its never because I get hungry or gve into my hunger cravings, (I can fight those off pretty easily!) my issue is the feeling of emptiness and also not tasting anything for long periods of time! Im thinking that maybe trying a coconut water fast will help me last a bit longer and would take the edge off a bit? Has anyone attempted a coconut water fast??
Also, Is Coconut Water Fasting just as effective as plain water fasting?
