Re: Flushing without citrus?

I have not heard anyone using vinegar for flush. Citrus fruits have citric acid and vinegar has acetic acid, both are weak acids.

I suggest you try whipped cream and blue berry flush. I will try this one next week.

The protocol, so here it is.....

Eat breakfast and lunch, Epsom Salts at 2 pm and 5 pm, 1 tbs in glass of water. 7 pm 8oz heavy cream mixed with blueberries, a bowl full. When you go to bed do the OO/GFJ at 9pm. I believe, the heavy cream stimulates the bile. You have to drink apple juice for whole week and no other fatty foods.

Rest of it is same as Dr. Clark method.

Many people here had good results with this method.
