Anything like IBS is being caused by parasites eating holes thru the walls of your stomach/intestines! And they usually have a viral infection which makes the pain worse.

Doctors are totally mis-trained to not recognize parasite symptoms. Instead they're taught they're some kind of mystery disease, which they perscribe the pharmacutiel cartel's drugs for, right? And since the cartel is the one providing all the fake 'research' to 'validate' the lie which sells the drugs, you honestly think they'd be honest over make gobs of money? A sick person needs way more drugs than a well person, eh?

I'd recommend Dr. Clark's protocol in 'cure for all diseases', which is a free download here.. She was very anti-drug and found a parasite involved in almost every single 'disease'. It got her killed--they used cadmium poisoning which mimics cancer in the end.

I'd suggest a zapper and Wormwood at least, or maybe drink Colloidal Silver for a day or two to kill the infection, then go for the protocol, as much as you can stand. Hold off on the cloves for now---I think those would be too rough for as badly an injured digestive system as yours at first.

But as you feel better, you can start adding them in. I've never had any feeling of discomfort with the Wormwood , or the Black-Walnut hull, which also will kill the infection. I'd start slowly, and I bet your digestive system will start feeling less painful fairly quickly.

Good luck to you. Give it a try, eh? It appears nothing from the cartel or it's medical minions is helping. Even natural doctors base their treatments on the fake 'research' of the cartel, so they're not helpful either.

And since the cartel also owns most of the supplement/vitamin type companies, it for the very same reason. Just not quite as much money, but they're not picky. Any money they can steal from us, they'll take. Just the way the cartel likes it.
