Need some help, please. Appealing to your sense of compassion here.

I'm sure everyone is probably sick of me, not trying to be annoying to anyone. Just need some ideas and help, and have no place else to turn but here to you guys n gals.

First off, my gut is a mess from the anti-biotics. Not sure if by combining the Albenza/Ivermectin/Doxy with Cipro was a good idea, afraid it may have altered how Cipro works, and vice versa. So, I need some ideas as to how to restore the balance in my gut. I was thinking fiber vegetable powder and pro-biotics, but not sure if taking fiber supplements (powder) will change the way the gut absorbs. Pain, bloating, rumbling, flatulence, everytime I eat anything the last 2 days. So please, anyone with gut experience..help?

I've done several short courses of Ivermectin, Albenza..5 days to 8 days. I am hoping these short courses have not made me resistant to the drugs. Anyone have any ideas if that would be the case?

Lastly, can parasites invade muscles? Muscle twitches after using a muscle group, weakness, fatigue and pain are all happening faster and faster all the time. Literally, playing the PS-4 and using the right trigger tires out my finger within 15 seconds. My muscles seem to just get weaker and weaker. Any Ideas? I'm wondering if I have toxocara, if it's a blood circulation issue..no blood getting thru to the muscles. Even typing is hard now..my arms get sore just holding them up to type.

Really, really need some help and direction. If not for me, do it for my family. Any ideas would be so much appreciated. I just seem to get worse and worse.

Thank you everyone.

Bubby

Edit: If you are not familiar with my case, look back at some of my past posts. Otherwise, I am pretty sure by my 37 plus symptoms I have either Lymphatic Filariasis, Disseminated Strongyloides, or Disseminated Toxocara infection. The former, my wife tested positive for, but is not "active" according to the test. So Toxocara may be the most likely.
