Basically, lots of healthy fats (AVOCADOS, olive/coconut oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds, raw nuts almond brazil pecans etc...) plenty of animal protein fresh poultry chicken turkey wild caught seafood, dark leafy greens, wish i could give you some miracle cure where u can eat ice cream and potaro chips and expect to see progress but in my experience it just won't happen. Be sure to include lots of good supplements and herbs too. Definitely necessary when diet isnt enough alone (which it wont be). Click the link where I go more into depth. Best of luck.
