Need some advice on a hernia just diagnosed via ultrasound, please help?

I went to a walk in clinic twice and was told I had a lipoma and nothing needed to happen. Fast forward 3 years later I had a ultrasound done and it ended up it was a hernia, 1 inch above my belly button. It is fairly small 14 mm but it has grown in the past year.

I eat healthy and exercise. What should I do now??? I want to heal this naturally.

I can't seem to press it in, is there a way to do it or do I go slow?

Should I get a support belt?
What steps should I take to heal this naturally?
Can anyone point me in the right direction for the exercises?

Any help and advice is much appreciated.
