Re: jury duty

I received a notice 20 years ago (when I didn't have this odor issue), and wanted to serve on the jury, but I have a special needs child who I didn't have childcare for. I either called the court to let them know this, or I sent the form back to them with this information; it's been so long I don't remember(in writing is better), and I have never been asked to serve again. It's been such a relief, because there are people in my family who get called over and over. Of course, it's up to you, but you can always make up an excuse. It worked for me. Tweet
