Good T3 and T4 levels but very high TSH

Hello guys, i'm taking high doses of Iodine since april 2015, more or less 10 months, in the third month i was taking 40 drops of Lugol 5% peer day, one month later i added SSKI , took alot of it for quite a long, then in the past 2 months im taking less drops, dowsing them with muscle test, like 8 of Lugol and 5 of SSKI in the morning and a little bit more of each at night (learnt to dose with muscle test couple days ago).

My orthomolecular ordered some exams, as im losing weight hardcorely, my metabolism is sooo fast, im much more hunger and its being tuff to keep a low weight, im 5 kg's below my normal weight...

this are the results (selenium is fine, eating brazilian nuts)

T3 - TRIIODOTIRONINA LIVRE 3.23 pg/mL :
balance between : 2.50 a 3.90 pg/mL

T4 LIVRE - INDICE DE TIROXINA LIVRE 0.87 ng/dL:
balance between 0.78 - 2.19 ng/dL

but TSH is very high: 13.20 uUI/mL

maximum amount would be 4.68 uUI/mL ....

im taking 500mg of vit c peer day, magnesium chloride almost every day...

i should lower, remove or elevate my doses???

My orthomolecular knows a little about lugol(she know its good, but know few about it), she will probably tell me to stop it and i dont want it...
