Any relief or the ringing ears?

The ringing ears is really starting to drive me crazy. Does anyone have anything they've done to help ease the ringing in the ears?

I'm early on in the Fenbendazole/Ivermectin phase for suspected Toxocara or Strongyloides or maybe both. Seems the more Ivermectin I take the worse the ringing gets, and slowly my hearing fades too. I'm afraid to take vitamins because I don't know what will interact with the ivermectin or fenben.

I already have a popped left eardrum that won't heal, I think because of parasites in he sinus/nasal/ear canals constantly putting pinholes in the eardrum.

I am also taking the doxycycline, have been for almost a month, then breaking for 2 weeks and starting a 2 week on/off regimen along with the fenben and iver for 6 months.

Would love some relief from the ringing, short of just pulling my eardrums out as I've considered lately. lol.
