I have taken to drinking the lemonaide all day long, and then working out and eating dinner around 8:00. I feel I don't have any energy to work out if I've eaten any food in the day. I might try to expand and drink juice during the day to mix it up, but the lemons really give me energy. Anybody doing something like this? I don't think I want to eat more than once a day anymore when I'm not fasting.
