I haven't used Humaworm but ten months into cleansing, I may now try it since a lot of people on here swear by it. Natures Secret Parastroy is excellent and easy; I had visible results on Day 8, but I could feel it working in my body on Day 1. Paragone is very good too but more expensive than Parastroy and more complicated to take: 3x a day with a tincture and pill combo vs 2x a day all pills. Both are readily available at Whole foods or Vitamin Shoppe. Happy cleansing! Tweet
