Get a parasite cleanse and take as directed for the entire course. If you end up passing parasites, get ready to keep cleansing for at least another six months to make sure you're clear of eggs. I didn't see anything until day 8, but I felt weird pinching and biting the first couple days, and weirder than usual stomach pains the next few days. I totally understand being scared. It took all my courage to take the pills because I sensed something was going on and I was worried they would come out alive. That hasn't happened yet, and I've been cleansing since May. Just do it. You will feel so much better when they start to pass, even die off symptoms are positive because you know you're killing them. Happy cleansing! Tweet
