Anyone...?

I wish I knew what stage of adrenal fatigue I'm in now but it's been a good 2 weeks of no brain fog or horrible feelings.

I just don't want to set myself backwards on accident.

Should I heal a few more weeks before starting...even though I still have green stool everyday. Gas has gone down over the last 2 weeks as well.

Appreciate any thoughts on the matter. Thank you :)
