This is just something I've never done before so like a wise person, I sought out advice from those who have done it. Information is power and I'd rather empower myself as much as possible.

I understand what you are saying and hope you understand where I'm coming from. I'm determined to be healthy again and appreciate all the information I've been given on this site and others.
