Re: 'Sesame seeds' in stool?

Hi. I have had the exact same thing as you describe. i am certain it is tapeworm. The white "chunks" or seeds are probably segmented pieces of the tapeworm's body. They could be seeds, but I have experienced both seed-like pieces and actual chunks like cashew or macadamia nuts. I think they are pieces of the worm' s body being cut up from the spicy foods you are eating. I have noticed an increase in the same thing when taking Dr. Christopher's Hot Cayenne Extract. CoQ10 in. mega-doses (3000-5000 mg) is also helpful in killing tapeworms. Best wishes to you.
