Also, I was literally just having this same thought...wondering,
what if instead of using 3,000-5,000, you tried even higher doses such as 6,000 up to even 9,000-10,000?
Before you say "thats WAYYY too much" understand i agree with you if you have never done it before.
However, i have tried this method DOZENS of times with moderate success. Just today, for the first time, i tried 6,000 mg instead of my usual 3,000-4,000 and I noticed substantial increase in effectiveness.
Given CoQ10 is SAFE even in those high doses, maybe going even higher to 7,000 or 8,000 is ideal. Thoughts?
P.S. - for gregg1995, i strongly recommend you take 3,000-4,000 your first time. I am particularly talking about people more experienced with this method who are still having symptoms even after trying Dr. Hulda Clark 's method.
