I specifically told him not to exceed 4,000 mg. My hypothesis was that, given the safety of CoQ10, how would one react to doses higher than 4,000 mg? I'm curious to know myself. I recently tried 6,000 mg and noticed great results with no adverse effects. It's something I would like to learn more about, as far as I know no one has ever gotten ill from CoQ10 mega-dosing at 5,000 mg with MANY people trying it. I highly doubt a slightly higher dose is any more dangerous than any other herbal remedies used to treat parasites, let alone prescription drugs. That's all I'm saying. Have a good day
