I think I got it because I used to do a lot of hot yoga - vitamin D is in the skin - I started having symptoms right after doing a 30 day challenge - I tend to sweat a lot so I think I may have sweated out the Vitamin D - not sure if that is possible - around the same time I also started wearing sunscreen and cut out dairy. I dont spend a lot of time in the sun though - I used to do a lot of hiking but dont so much anymore
