Blue Man

One of the most famous cases of argyria was that of Paul Karason who appeared on a number of television shows and dies at the age of 62 and had also recently suffered a heart attack and a stroke which were not related to his argyria.

One of his lamentations was that the talk shows prevented him from telling people that he would have still take the CS because it kept him from many illnesses.

The best way to avoid argyria is to use distilled water in the preparation of CS. The use of tap water ( which has chlorine ) produces Silver Chloride which is ionic silver and can turn your skin blue.
