The protocol worked to cure my own systemic candida and it has helped others. 

Where it all starts is your own knowledge of candida. If you know nothing about this disease, then I'm afraid that it will probably be a long haul for you. If you honestly believe that systemic candida is just a trivial disease(as many others seem to think) then may I also wish you the best of luck with that view. And if you treat your candida like a virus or bacteria you will fail. 

And if you don't want to use the protocol that I recommend then please don't use it. I'm fine with that.
