Re: stones vs bile vs bad fats

while some people will experience positive results short time after a liver flush, most of the positive results may take place after several flushes, and often after several weeks or months since starting flushing.

Liver Flushing may have positive effect on your intestines, promoting development of more balanced and healthy intestinal flora.

Healing the intestines and healing the intestinal flora may take time. Sometimes, it may take months or even years.

In other words, a Liver Flush you do today, may have beneficial effect on your health even several years in the future, by altering your intestinal flora (intestinal microbiome).

How complex is your intestinal microbiome, you can read here:

"The researchers calculated that more than 10,000 microbial species occupy the human ecosystem and they have identified 81 – 99% of the genera."

Microbes are also implicated in depression. The pathogenic bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi causes Lyme disease which causes Depression in up to 2/3 of all cases.[58] Non-pathogenic bacteria are also implicated in Depression in which bacterial populations are suppressed. Increasing serotonin levels through selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors is the primary treatment of Depression in humans. Human patients with depression are less able to properly digest fructose,[59] which is also associated with a reduction in tryptophan production.[60] Eliminating fructose from their diet improved their depression.[61]
