My question is how much caster oil is used to move the stool out? Because I heard that long term use of caster oil may cause dehydration.

Enema is good too but long term is not advised either, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't want to be dependent to these stuffs all my life yet I'm afraid if I stop using it, I'll get constipation again.

I only hope that digestive doctor can fix the problem at the root cause, if I really do have to go to see him.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
