Couldn't have said it better myself. Not many people are able to see through these scams. Granted, I don't think the occasional non-GMO tamari sauce is bad for you, as the soy is fermented.
At this point, OP should avoid all soy, though, and switch to something like almond or hemp milk. Not sure what other advice to give, other than eating unprocessed, organic, clean food. Lots of fruits and veggies, more home cooking. Don't go back to dairy, and cut out meat.
