very sick for 2 years - congested liver - brain fog - stiff neck - blurred vision PLEASE HELP!

I have been sick as a dog for 2 years!! and have been looking for the cause of my problems for a long time! finally I'm getting somewhere, it looks like my problem is my liver maybe gallbladder.


my symptoms are:
blurred vision
stiff neck
hung over in the morning (with out drinking)
chronic brain fog
food allergies /intolerance

my symptom list was much larger but since I changed my diet my symptoms are fewer.

no processed food, clean diet GF seems to work and I have started juicing 2 times a day and that is helping a little but what helps the most is intense exercises.

I can not tolerate ANY PILLS of any sort the only reason I started getting better was cutting out all pills even the herb ones, just taking a few pills gives me brain fog and I'm hung over the next morning.

blood tests shows elevated liver enzymes but was able to get them down by juicing.

blood tests showed I have epstein barr and glandular fever.

I'm a slim 30 year old male
my lifestyle prior to getting sick was not exercising sitting in front of computer all day, bad diet, drinking alcohol.

My stool looks healthy and I'm not constipated
so it looks like I have a congested liver...

what could cause my liver to be so congested?

my unhealthy lifestyle
candida
virus
parasites
alcohol

I'm just about to do my first liver flush
