i study reflexology as well.
when you are toxic/sick your body created little "crystals" on the ends of your nerves in your hands and feet.
when ina reflexology session the massage breaks up this crystals and sends them into your tissues to be eliminated.
i would imagine that the cleanse breaking up the crystals for you. drink lots of water to help flush.
you could also self massage you hands and feet to help break it up. it feels really stange to have them broken up in you.
almost like you are stepping on jacks or someone it poking you with a pin. when you rub you can feel these crystals with your hands. they feel like grains of sand. rub firmly and deep into the tissue.
