One of the major issues is the accuracy of the zapper.
Since you have no proof that it is important, we don't care...

For instance, a popular frequency for Candida Zappers is 464 Hz.
Based on what ?

If the zapper has 10 percent accuracy, then the frequency can be anywhere between 417 to 510 Hz but only the ones that are very close to 464 Hz are going to get the best results.
What do you mean by "get the best results" ? As always you stay vague and you don't provide any proof that using a specific frequency is more effective to kill a specific organism.
