Today is day 5 for me.
The last three days all my muscles from my shoulder blades down to my knees have been aching. My hip joints are killers.
I know from doing cleanses before (not MC) your muscles do ache as you detox. Be sure to drink lots of water. (You can't drink too much water.)Also, be sure to follow the instructions to the letter. After extensive reading here on the site and else where, I think I have been making mistakes - despite reading Burroughs' book. Argh!
