OOPS I made a mistake with the number of scoops! I don't know what I was thinking other than I had the number 7 stuck in my mind because of 750 mg.
I took 5 scoops of the magnesium citrate, which equals 750 mg, if my math this time is correct. So the corrected schedule is as follows:
7am 5 scoops mag citrate
9 am 1/2 cup olive oil, citrus juice
1 pm 5 scoops mag citrate
3 pm 5 scoops mag citrate
I feel like an eejit and hope I didn't mess anybody's flush up with my shoddy math!
PS It shouldn't matter what type of apples or apple juice you take - store bought will work too, I would just make sure it's organic because apples are highly sprayed with pesticides and that will just burden your liver more, I would think.
