Sugar digestion is off and adrenals are weak, you ferment your sugars which breeds fungus. So you fix those things, don't blame or eliminate fruit.

-Sulfur is bad, avoid it.
Personally, I'm still not totally convinced. He seems a bit off kilter and isn't as clear as I'd like him to be. I'm going to keep eating meat, veggies, etc. and avoid sugars and yeasts unless I don't see any improvement. It's been working okay for me so far.
