Re: What are my next steps in treating my liver and my Candida overgrowth?

I found a compilation that I think explains what you are trying to say. I'm going to summarize it below for anyone else who might be wondering.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QC0wAyvwuw

-Fruit doesn't make candida worse, fruits are monosaccharides, aka fructose not complex sucrose, etc.

-Adrenal glands (cortisol) are responsible for Sugar metabolism

-Weak adrenals + high polysaccharides (like sucrose) = fungus problems

-If Sugar digestion is off and adrenals are weak, you ferment your sugars which breeds fungus. So you fix those things, don't blame or eliminate fruit.

-Proteins and starches don't digest well together

-Sulfur is bad, avoid it.

Personally, I'm still not totally convinced. He seems a bit off kilter and isn't as clear as I'd like him to be. I'm going to keep eating meat, veggies, etc. and avoid sugars and yeasts unless I don't see any improvement. It's been working okay for me so far.
