Be careful. I went on a juice diet and gained 30lbs! You get all the Sugar and none of the fiber.
Oranges don't juice well. Apples turn brown fast. Strawberries are expensive and take a pint to make a glass of juice and Pineapple is fun, but hard to cut into.
Lunch, you should do two carrots, kale, 1/2 beet and an apple. There are many books that you can find for juicing. Some recipes include making your hair cleaner and stronger, cleaning acne, fixing a cold/flu but I've only done it for health reasons.
You should really consider one glass a day and get your veggies and protein from the food you eat.
