Thank you. I have started with 1/2 tsp DE this morning, how quickly do you suggest moving to 1 tsp and then to the 2 tbsp in your protocol? I've got packages to collect today which I hope is my bro melanin and cod liver oil. I have ordered new towels in hot pink so we can segregate.

I am worried though, my BF is on Paragonr, he says he is seeing nothing come out, but over this weekend he has got what he says is a cold - but his lymph node under his right arm has swollen up like a little hard olive in his armpit. He won't have it that this could be Paragone related, but lymph is an immune response if I understand correctly - could it be connected to the Paragone, and if so what does it mea? Or is it just a cold?

It was my birthday this weekend so I ate and drunk and was merry, and my word didn't they love that. I could feel them so strongly yesterday. This week I will operate with military precision and see what happens - I can't bear the thought of losing ground, hopefully I've not set myself back too far.
