No I haven't done a parasite cleanse but I'm not a meat eater so I figured it wasn't an issue.
Actually last night I ate a salad of chick peas, kidney beans, soy beans, wild rice, celery, red and green peppers, cucumber, red onions, fresh mint, curry powder, and topped with tomoatoes and walnuts. I also had some greens dressed with olive oil and apple cider vinegar and I finally felt full. I think I was desperately craving protein (just a guess) we'll see how it goes today. I am starting today off with a (double)lemonade.
