Recipe to boost your immune system:
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt or Real Salt
1/2 tsp Vitamin C crystals (Ascorbic Acid)
2 tsp beet powder
1 tsp blueberry powder
1 tsp ginsing powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kale powder
