No, at least for me, I have not seen one. I did google it after Cimber recommended it, to see if one was available in my state. We do have them, so that is good news however affording it is another story. :( This sucks really bad.
I do have two amalgrams and a post. But another tooth that has been filled with something else, but gives a whole lot of trouble! My salivary gland swells beneath it and is very painful. I had to have a cat scan due to the pain, but that did not give any answers. I also would get partoid gland and other ones really causing extreme pain too.
Do you know a ball park range of getting an amalgram replaced on one tooth?
