spirochete/worm floaters and elispot results

I recently received my Elispot results from Armin Labs for a tick bite from 3 months ago, negative, with 0 for all species, above 3 is positive, 2-3 is weak positive, and less than 2 is negative. Dr. Klinghardt considers this a very good test. ELISA and C6 ELISA negative, although !GM was 13.5 whereas above 16 is positive. Negative PCR Borrelia and negative ELISA for Bartonella. I am puzzled by this.

First of all, after looking into the microscope, in the refraction artifacts (Floaters), which are well illuminated by the light from the scope so you can see them more clearly than from sunlight, I saw a spirochete shaped filament. And I mean exactly the shape from the microscopic photos on google. Also I have been seeing small worm clusters as floaters. Both of these I never had before the bite.

Secondly, I have been sporadically ill, first with headaches, then with fatigue, and now its full blown weakness. I don't know what is going on, but I have some ideas. I have been eating large quantities of plant based antimicrobial, antiparasite, foods like garlic, papaya seeds, habanero peppers, ginger, turmeric, diatomeceous earth and extracts of  black walnut hull, wormwood, samento, etc. Also using tea tree oil topically. Is it possible that the Borrelia are hiding in my brain/eyes?

I have been quite stressed lately as well, and this weakness really kicked in after a very hot bath. Could it also be possible that my immune system is so overwhelmed that I have not produced T Cells (what the Elispot measures). I have not taken antibiotics yet but I am about ready to do so, as I don't know what else to do at this point. It may be worth doing irreversible damage to my gut flora so as to avoid irreversible damage to my nervous system.
