Re: Intestinal Permeability ("Leaky Gut"): Causes and Treatment

Have you cured a food/supplement allergy?

If so, then which food/supplement, and what kind of reaction did you use to get from it? Did you really just avoid the allergen, took L-Glutamine and got rid of the allergy? How long did it take for you?

Also, if HGH helps with curing leaky gut, then why not inject it?

I get pain from L-Glutamine and it gets worse with more capsules. I was taking caffeine together 1.5 year ago, which increases gut permeability (see the first post), so I developed an allergy for it, as well as a lot of other supplements/foods. There were also other factors that induced more permeable intestines for me back then.

This person also reacts badly to L-Glutamine: http://forum.wholeapproach.com/topic/leaky-gut-and-coffee
