Your stomach needs to rest in order to heal. Try waiting until noon or 1 pm to eat every day. Eat small meals consisting of vegetables ( non starchy) and a small amount of protein. Do not eat after 6 or 7 in the evening. Also try to include coconut oil, flax oil, garlic, and apple cider vinegar into your diet daily. There are websites with recipes to combat candida. The candida diet is very good. Try the Very Coconut Smoothie. Coconut is a natural anti fungal, as is garlic, onions oregano oil and a few other foods. I also use Jordan Rubiins books , and the Brasco broth recipe, it is the best, healthiest chicken soup! Also exercising and working up a good sweat will make you feel better. Exercise will help get your bowels moving so you can eliminate waste better. After a few days of no sugar, no bread, no fried foods, etc, you should start having large s shaped bowel movements. This is a sign your health is improving. You need to continue eating this way for months. Try to avoid fresh fruit except for lemons, limes, a small handful of blueberries, or a small green apple also. A half of a grapefruit may not bother you either.
