Sounds like you have myiasis. You don't mention whether you have tried any drugs like ivermectin or albendazole. ICU's myiasis protocol at the top of this thread is extremely well-thought-out. Why not try it?

Personally, I believe borax is your best bet for non-drug treatment. I would bathe in it, wash my scalp with a very strong solution of it, and consume 1/8 teaspoon (women or small person) to 1/4 teaspoon (men or large person) dissolved in 1 liter or quart of water.

I absolutely believe you will also need drugs to clear your systemic infection which is evidenced by nose/eyes/ears involvement. You will likely need these drugs for several months.
