Hulda Clark Cleanses

In regards to candida, if your immune system is strong it will fight it. A zinc deficiency affects the immune system. In particular, zinc is related to the mucous membrane skin barrier. Again, Epsom Salt contains zinc.

Here are some things including Antibiotics that cause a shortage of zinc:

- vegetarian diet
- H. pylori
- ACE inhibitors
- histamine blockers/antihistamines
- cortisone/steroids
- alcohol
- Antibiotics
