Hello, I do a coffee protocol every morning before food. I take a break now, and again.
I alternate between an organic dark roast, and SA Wilsons Gold Roast. It's specifically made for coffee protocols, and has a high caffeine content. Not meant for drinking. I wait until I naturally go (very important, don't become dependent) A large glass of lemon or lime water helps, and gives a natural source of vitamin c whilst re-hydrating, and balancing the bodies PH. Make sure to use distilled or with the Fluoride removed. Water should be room tempature. It's NOT about how much or how high you get the coffee inside you, like the other protocols. Holding the coffee with the hips slightly elevated. on back. or left side. A small amount 4-6 cups of water mixed with coffee. It should taste like water flavored coffee. Never lie on your right side as it's your livers side. For every 3 minutes you can hold. the liver is able to purge. I feel amazing afterwards. Heal, and strengthen the liver, it's the key to everything.
